Line Maintenance
Line Maintenance keeps customer aircraft flying between scheduled checks. The team performs daily inspections, flight servicing, defect rectification, minor scheduled tasks and turnarounds at Archerfield and Sunshine Coast, working to the customer flying program and certifying every task before release.

- Perform daily and turnaround inspections and flight servicing
- Rectify defects reported by pilots and record them correctly
- Complete minor scheduled tasks and airworthiness directive checks on the line
- Manage deferred defects within the permitted limits
- Certify and release aircraft to service

The register of line and base maintenance work orders and check inputs for every customer aircraft with their status and certifying engineer.
Defect and Deferred Defect Log
The log of pilot reported and maintenance found defects, their assessment, rectification and any deferral limits.
Parts and Bonded Store Register
The register of parts received, inspected, stored, issued and quarantined with their release documentation and traceability.
