Component and Engine Workshop
The Component and Engine Workshop overhauls piston engines, repairs propellers and accessories, maintains hydraulic and pneumatic components and performs non-destructive testing. Every unit is worked to the manufacturer's data, tested, tagged serviceable and released with traceable documentation.

Nathan runs engine overhaul, component repair and non-destructive testing and has led the workshop for five years after a decade as an engine fitter.

The register of line and base maintenance work orders and check inputs for every customer aircraft with their status and certifying engineer.
Parts and Bonded Store Register
The register of parts received, inspected, stored, issued and quarantined with their release documentation and traceability.
Tool Control and Calibration Register
The register of special tools, ground equipment and measuring and test equipment with calibration status, location and loan records.
